Her expertise includes planning strategy, planning applications, socio-economic analysis, site promotion, and advising local authorities on planning policy.

This background gives Tapestry Land a practical understanding of how land is assessed through the planning system. We use that insight to identify realistic opportunities, recognise constraints early, and avoid relying on optimistic assumptions.

Tapestry Land operates alongside our sister firm, Layline Financial Ltd, an established commercial finance brokerage for property developers. This wider background supports a practical understanding of land value and development funding. 

A focused team for each site

We assemble and fund a team of trusted independent technical specialists for each project, tailored to the characteristics of the land and the planning issues involved. This may include expertise in key areas such as design, access, ecology, landscape, drainage, heritage, and other technical matters where required.
