We are looking for small and medium-sized land parcels that can form a logical and sensitive extension to an existing city, town or village.

Our primary focus is land for new homes, although we will consider other uses in some cases.

What we look for

  • Size: Usually between 1 and 10 hectares (2 to 25 acres), with the potential to support approximately 10 to 100 homes.

  • Location: Within or adjoining an existing city, town or village.

  • Land Characteristics: Undeveloped greenfield land, such as agricultural fields or paddocks, or land that may contain buildings or structures.

Key considerations

We look carefully at matters such as access, flooding, drainage, landscape, ecology, heritage, and neighbouring uses.  Some constraints can be managed through careful design and technical work. Others may mean that a site is not suitable to take forward.

We only progress projects where there is a strong likelihood of achieving planning permission.

Initial contact

We are actively seeking suitable sites.

Where we have contacted a landowner directly, it is because our initial review of publicly available information indicates the site has potential for development. We would like to open a discussion and explore whether there is an opportunity to take the site forward.
