Tapestry Land is a dedicated land promotion practice. 

We work in partnership with landowners to increase the value of their land by achieving planning permission for development, usually for new homes.

We also help find the right developer for the site and continue to support the landowner until the site is sold.

Selective approach

We work on a small number of sites at any one time and only take sites forward where there is a strong prospect of achieving planning permission. This selective approach ensures that each project receives the full benefit of our expertise, focus and attention.

We understand that development often happens in the communities where landowners live and work, making local reputation and legacy a priority. Working collaboratively with landowners and the technical team for each project, we shape development proposals sensitively so they respond to the local context and landscape.

Securing planning permission requires a significant investment of capital, time, and specialist technical evidence. We are positioned to fund and manage this entire process at our own risk.

Rather than being paid a fee upfront, our return is tied to the successful outcome of the project. This keeps our interests aligned with the landowner's in seeking to increase the value of the land through planning permission.
